If you’re looking for an adaptable venue for events such as meetings, conferences or to host a worship event then Dalziel St Andrew’s could be ideal for you.

Dalziel St Andrew’s is located centrally in Motherwell with the main bus stop area situated at it’s entrance and is within a three minute walk from the Train Station. There is also access to over 600 public car parking spaces all located within a three minute walk from the venue.

Within Dalziel St Andrew’s there are a range of meeting rooms available for hire varying in size that can be booked individually, in pairs or collectively depending on the size of your event. Each room has WiFi ready to be used and can be laid out to meet your needs. We also have a range of screens and projectors available on request should these be required.

We also have a large kitchen area with excellent tea and coffee making facilities along with ovens should these be required.

Upper Lounge Area

A smaller room which can comfortably seat 6-8 people in lower relaxed chairs which has the use of a large screen television for displaying presentations or other media.

Upper Board Room

A larger style room that can be used for Board or other meetings. This room will seat 10-15 people in a board style layout or 20-25 in a theatre style.

Upper Hall

A versatile space which can be arranged to fit your purpose whether that’s for training, a small conference or meeting. The hall is also capable of being halved by an easily moved partition. The Upper Hall can seat 60 theatre style chairs or 30 around tables depending on what your needs are.

Also featured in our upper suite of rooms is a small kitchen area for ease of making tea and coffee for your event.

All of our halls are accessible by wheelchair users.

Lower Small Hall

A versatile space that can host a variety of needs whether it’s for a fitness class, training, meeting or smaller conference. This room can seat 40 theatre style chairs or 20 around tables.

Lower Board Room

A larger style room that can be used for Board or other meetings which can be laid out to meet your needs. This room will seat 10-15 people in a board style layout or 20-25 in a theatre style. This room can also be partitioned into two smaller rooms.

Stage Area

Similar in size to the Lower Board Room the stage can be used for Board or other meetings. This room will seat 10-15 people in a board style layout or 20-25 in a theatre style.

(NB. The Lower Board Room and Stage Area are both accessed via three stairs. Portable ramps can be made available to give access to this area if required.)

Large Hall

The large hall is a particularly versatile area that can be arranged in any way. This space can seat over 220 people theatre style, 150 people around rectangular tables or 120 around circular tables. This area can also be use as a combination of the above layouts. With its fully installed PA and loop system this area is perfect for conferences, display areas, fitness classes, games and many more events.

Main Sanctuary

Our newly refurbished sanctuary can be used to host a variety of events. Capable of seating 350 people in the lower area in comfortable seating and a further 400 upstairs in traditional church pews this area can be used for a variety of events including conferences, concerts and presentations. The lower area can also be cleared of all seats or rearranged depending on your needs. This area boasts the facility of 10 screens throughout with the capability of adding more if required, a newly installed PA and loop system and three remotely controlled cameras to allow your event to be live streamed to a wider audience or relayed into other areas of the building. Full technical support is available for your event.
